Student Practice Activities
After completing the web-based game, the students will complete a short survey on Google Forms. They will be asked to rate their feelings after playing the game, rate their enjoyment of the game, and select the fraction, decimal, percentage conversion that they are struggling with the most. The students will use their personal Chromebooks to complete the survey directly after playing the game. The students use Google Forms to complete most of their tests so they are familiar with the platform.

Feedback
Through Google Forms I was able to isolate the students' responses to each question and create graphs to more easily assess their responses. I was pleased that most of the students felt good about the unit in general and that the game was good practice and helped clear up some of their misconceptions. After seeing the students' responses I created a plan to address the conversion skills they need more help with. I gave the students some extra help with fraction to decimal and decimal to fraction conversions based on their responses to the third question.
